Senior Staff Engineer Quality Process Definition & Audit

Process definition

• Maintaining a state-of-the-art automotive SW development process.
• Updating to new industry requirements (e.g. ISO/SAE 21434).
• Gradual integration with Infineon processes and infrastructure.

Process deployment

• Supporting R&D teams in tailoring and executing the process.
• Supporting quality assurance teams in interpreting the process.
• Conducting of regular process trainings.
• Informing on process updates

Audits and assessments

• Supporting customer audits and assessments.
• Conducting internal Automotive SPICE assessments.
• Conducting functional safety confirmation reviews.
• Leading or supporting functional safety assessments

Continuous process improvement

• Identify, plan and implement process improvement ideas.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on efficiency improvements.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• At least 12 -15 years of quality experience in automotive software development projects
• Good experience in Process definition for the Full SDLC . Worked as part of SEPG (or) Process definition team
• Good knowledge of the Automotive SPICE standard and V-model based development lifecycle
• Preferable: Work in the R&D projects as developer / tester (2-3yrs).
• Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262)
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Preferable: experience in Microsoft Office VBA programming
• Preferable: experience in working with international teams
