Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment specifically for Solar EPC roles, including but not limited to Solar Business Development Managers (BDM), Projects, O&M, and Design professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of the solar industry and its niche talent requirements

Responsibilities:-

Talent Acquisition:-

• Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for Solar EPC positions such as Solar BDM, Project Engineers, O&M Engineers, Design Engineers, and other technical
• Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled professionals for current and future hiring

Industry Expertise:-

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of Solar EPC operations to identify and attract top talent with relevant experience in the solar industry.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability in the solar domain.

Stakeholder Collaboration:-

• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and recruitment timelines.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on talent availability and market dynamics.

Candidate Experience:-

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Vendor Management:-

• Manage external recruitment agencies and vendors, if required, to support niche hiring needs.

Data-Driven Recruitment:-

• Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process, including candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring outcomes.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously improve the hiring

Qualifications and Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of recruitment experience with a minimum of 3 years focused on Solar EPC roles.
• Proven track record of hiring for specialized roles such as Solar BDM, Project Managers, O&M Engineers, and Design Engineers.
• In-depth knowledge of Solar EPC operations, industry requirements, and role-specific skillsets.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media for
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
