Senior Proposal Engineer

Responsibilities:-

• Understanding Tender requirements and collect input to arrive at optimal solutions
• Planning of Proposal activities to ensure timely completion of job with desired quality
• To make cost-effective and feasible solutions in Proposals meeting client requirements
• Maintain Proposal documents as per Internal procedures
• To attend Client meetings for Technical clarifications raised on the Proposals

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engg in Mechanical with minimum of 8 to 12yrs of Experience in Proposal preparation or Contract Project Engineering
• Good knowledge of FLSmidth Products, Fair knowledge on Cement process
• Knowledge of Cement Plant design & Layout Engineering
• Knowledge of ATLAS, MS Excel & AutoCAD.
• Should have efficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Conceptual thinking, Visualization & problem solving ability.
• Proactive & Good team player.
• Quality focus & Time Management
• Basic knowledge on other disciplines (Electrical, Civil, PU, etc.).
