Senior Project Manager – Nacelle & Hub

Responsibilities:-

• The Project Manager has the overall responsibility to ensure that the projects are executed with a structured and efficient approach.
• Budget, plan and execute various projects, work packages and tasks
• Ensure delivery within quality, time, and cost targets
• To initiate and driving corrective actions for changes in turbine design aimed at addressing faults and improving turbine performance
• The Project Manager is responsible for keeping the provision and budget updated until it is handed over to implementation.
• Interface with large range of stakeholders in the entire value chain.
• The Project Manager is responsible for the communication and plan is shared with stakeholders across the value chain.
• Obtain Implementation budget (warranty cost) and strategy approval from the Functional Review Board.
• Ensure internal customer handshake in relation to CIM case solution and implementation strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple complex project portfolios or programs

Qualifications and Experience:-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Structural / Civil / Similar Engineering degree
• You have an engineering background combined with 18+ years of relevant industry and project management experience
• Project management certification is mandatory
• You have the ability to comprehend and navigate within complex technical issues
• You have a knowledge of and experience with Six Sigma and DMAIC
• You have experience in Project Management in multinational matrix organizations
• You are customer and result oriented and possess good cooperation, execution and communication skills
• You possess fluent English communication skills both oral and in written

Competencies:-

• Relevant PMP certifications
• Exposure to SCRUM and JIRA
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on good teamwork
• Being flexible and thrive with changes
• Ability to work with ease across different cultures
• Able to cope with change and working under ambiguous circumstances
• The ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
• Good Safety & Ethics Mindset
