Senior Product Manager

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a high performing versatile Technical Product Specialist to join the Product Support and Services Training and Professional Services team. The team provides comprehensive training capabilities and solutions to rapidly access and digitally transform complex business scenarios by enabling digital products that enhance revenue opportunities and efficiencies for Boeing. Responsibilities include but not limited to ability to create product roadmap geared towards digital transformation, lead the technical product development, be able to collaborate with various stakeholders to understand the vision and build the backlog for the development team to implement. Need to plan and manage deliveries in an agile environment. Job requires working within a diverse team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on results. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Position Responsibilities:-

• Understands and develops software solutions to meet end user’s requirements.
• Ensures that application integrates with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools.
• Develops product roadmaps in alignment to business strategy fulfilment
• Proven experience with creating user stories, defining DoR and DoD
• Very good analytical skills
• Understands broad based system integrations and interoperability
• Ability to work with web applications as well as mobile applications with good understanding of UI/ UX and responsive design concepts
• Ability to plan product and program increments for achieving the best business value add

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):-

• Mastery in product roadmap development for large enterprise for digital transformation
• Knowledge of RDBMS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on visualizing and understanding data.
• SAFe for PO/PM or leading SAFe certified

Desired skills:-

• Experience in Aerospace domain.
• Python, Shell script, Azure app Service, Azure AD, Azure Cosmos DB
• DevOps, Continuous Integration. Experience in using any CICD tools like Bamboo/Jenkins, Coverity, SonarQube, Jfrog, Artifactory etc.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):-

• Technical bachelor’s degree or higher and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience
•  Master’s degree with typically 6 or more years’ related work experience.
