Senior Manger- Electronics Industrilization Testing

• Design and collaborate with  Test application software developer in  Test Station /Ni LabVIEW /Teststand  in accordance to the product designer test specification to meet the product specification ,capture the manufacturing process and customer requirements for 3phase UPS , AC Drives, Cooling Systems and Solar power products Final testing.
• Design Test application software in LabVIEW /Teststand in accordance to the product designer test specification to meet the product specification, capture the manufacturing process and customer requirements for 3phase UPS , AC Drives, Cooling Systems and Solar power products Final testing.
• Knowledge in PCBA, subassembly and Unit level functional and ATE  Hardware setup design
• Knowledge in understanding the PCBA schematic, functionality and unit level functionality and safety  measures
• Design Test application in LabVIEW /Teststand /CVI according to the Test specification
• Knowledge in communication protocol RS232,485, Modbus, GPIB, CAN, TCP/IP and etc
• Knowledge in Bed of nail (BON), ATE and its equipment’s, instruments programmatically use
• Knowledge in Power measurement, efficiency calculation and  calibration process
• Knowledge in Power measurement, efficiency calculation and  calibration process
• Python programming is added advantage
• Code optimization and effective test time derive
• Understand the project Time line/schedule and support
• Good in Documentation and Test standards
• Understanding the Test process and flow
• Knowledge in Perforce and SVN
• Willing to work as individual contributor
• Multitasking skill
• Good learning attitude

Qualifications And Experience:-

• Min. Engineering degree in Electronics / E&C/ Instrumentation / TC/ E&E or M.Tech
• Overall 6~8 years relevant experience for  B.E / M.Tech with 4~6 years’ Experience
