Job Description
- Concept, design and implement strategies, programs and projects targeting all Infineon simulation and engineering platform; global alignment with internal and external partners
- serve the needs of all engineering persona groups in a globally consistent way to enable easy prototyping and design-in of sophisticated semiconductor solutions in a very short time
- stay customer connected and deepen user relationships by leverage data insights and user feedback along the customer journey to continuously improve and derive business actions
- prepare and hold internal and external trainings together with partners
Qualification And Experience:-
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or related areas
- more than 5 years of work experience in one or more of the following fields: analog & digital circuit design, analog circuit simulation, web & software development, application engineering & marketing
- a proven track record as a project manager successfully lead interdisciplinary projects with high complexity levels in a cost-effective and innovative way
- hands-on experience with SPICE based simulation tools (e.g., SIMetrix, PSpice, TINA Spice, LTspice), PLECS, Matlab/Simulink and knowledge of languages such as SPICE, SystemC or Verilog is an advantage
- strong customer orientation with the ability to lead and motivate international high performance teams
- fluent English language skills with German or Chinese is a plus
