Senior Manager

• Take over technical leadership for highly complex designs in multi-site Physical Design projects
• Translate product requirements into layout specifics using our state-of-the-art EDA tools and flows
• Work in all phases of the RTL2GDS flow
• Steer cross-functional teams to meet Power Performance Area goals on schedule
• Analyse and solve problems of high complexity using your global expert network
• Share your knowledge within the Physical Design community

Qualification And Experience:-

• A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or a similar field
• At least 15 years of experience in Physical Design of highly complex SoCs
• A deep technical understanding in all aspects of RTL2GDS
• Proven technical leadership skills
• Sound programming skills and knowledge in scripting languages e.g Tcl, Perl or Python
• Basic experience in RTL coding and SoC architecture development
• Very good Communication skills
