Senior Lead Engineer – Structural (OGC)

Senior Lead Engineer will work on project planning and detailed engineering. Following is a description of typical

Job responsibilities:-

• Leading Large projects from the conceptual phase to detailed design phase for project needs and requirements.
• Applying extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad areas of assignments and related fields
• Executes complex assignments requiring the use of advanced techniques, resulting in the development of new or improved understanding and/or methods.
• Assess feasibility or soundness of proposed research or technical applications when data are insufficient
• Guide team through structural specifications, design details, and calculations for steel, foundations and substructures for Piperack, Tech structures, equipment foundation, Dynamic equipment foundations, Cooling Tower foundation and Basin design, electrical buildings foundations etc.
• Supervise other professionals or support personnel on assigned work.
• Collaborate with BMUS and Interdisciplinary teams for problem solving and optimum design.
• Constructability review.
• Quality, Schedule and Budget control

Qualifications:-

Structural Engineer Minimum Qualifications:-

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or Masters in Structural Engineering
• Twelve (12) years to Twenty (20) years of structural engineering experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) experience preferred.
• Lead on projects with more than 15000 Structural hours.
• Hands-on knowledge in standard engineering techniques and procedures. Strong knowledge of structural design codes (e.g., IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE7, PIP) is preferable.
• Strong computer skills including software’s such as RISA, STAAD, Tekla Structures.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to work methodically and analytically in quantitative problem-solving environment.
• Strong diligence, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization
• Proficiency in written & verbal English and experience working with United States based resources.
