Senior Lead Engineer Electrical Instrumentation Engineering

Prepare basic / detailed engg. documents for control & instrumentation. Review/approval of various electrical / Instrumentation vendor documents meeting the project/contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:-

• Prepare basic / detailed engg. documents for Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Plan & coordinate for technical inputs with proactiveness to meet the project schedules.
• Good Knowledge of various IS, NEMA & IEC Standards used for different applications.
• Shall able to achieve schedule and complete the deliverables with quality
• Shall contribute to the technical development (of design/people) in the work area.
• Short travels to site/customer place for site supervision/ technical meetings/support at site during commisioning and PG test of equpments.
• Should coordinate with customer / consultant independently on drawing / document approval.
• Shall proactively collect, update & monitor the KPI data to meet timeliness.
• A team player who actively participate in team building activities & motivate others in the team.
• Shall focus on continuous improvement initiatives & implement them in the process.
• Shall be able to contribute for improving on engineering efficiency.
• Good planning and organizing skills for prioritizing many concurrent tasks.
• Preparation of specfication, review of offers and post order documents for MV Panel, Transformers, PMCC, Intelligent motor control centers, VFD, MV & LV Motors, Local control panels, Electro mechnical products, etc.,
• Good planning and organizing skills for prioritizing many concurrent tasks.
• Should be a team player with good command in English, effective communication and computer skills. Networking with global centers on global projects.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s Engineering degree specializing in EEE; E&I from a reputed university.
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Design Engineering of Mining/Cement.
• Experience in basic / detailed engg. in preparing the Electrical and Instrumentation deliverables like Load list, SLD, Transformer & Cable sizing calculation, Preparation of cable schedule document, substation building design & sizing  review of cable routing drawing, earthing & lightning layout drawing, preparation lighting calculation in DIALUX software. Review of offer and Electro mechanical documents, Review of vendor drawings, selection of equipment’s for Mineral processing products / Projects.
• Should have a design and operational philosophy understanding of the above mentioned products & systems.
• Experience in review of Vendor drawings.
• Experience in Panel Layout and JB Layout drawings.
• Experience in site support for equipment installation/ commissioning in process industries.
• Knowledge of Documentum and Atlas
• Conversant with ACAD/MS office/E-tap
• Should be team player.
• Very Good communication & interpersonal skill.
