Senior Executive – Project Management Technical Operations

Responsibilities:-

• Provide first level back-office support to the Project Management Function (e.g. explain the key principles of project scheduling)
• Model business processes in the valid tools (Stages, Symbio)
• Run user trainings
• Establish connectivity to IT solutions to extract insights from data (i.e. process intelligence)
• Train / guide project managers on proper usage of defined processes & tools(e.g. deliver remote trainings and support in creating high-quality training materials in PowerPoint)

Qualifications and Experience:-

• B.E/B.Tech with 5+ years of experience in Project Management(PMO)
• Prepare required reports & visualizations per predefined standards and on demand
• Provide regular status reports on assigned tasks according to agreed service levels and adapt work as required.
• Establish connectivity to IT solutions to extract insights from data (i.e. process intelligence)
• Proactively look for opportunities to optimize processes and project management methodologies.
