Senior Executive FPNA

The purpose of this role is to assist in delivering financial reporting, control and analysis collaboratively at a global DAN level in line with Group policy and IFRS, and assist in delivering insightful, high quality financial reporting to key stakeholders. The individual in this role will be following a development path to gain specific expertise in relation to certain key areas, potentially including consolidation accounting; IFRS technical expertise; report preparation / drafting; KPI, trend and variance analysis

Responsibilities:-

• Delivers accurate and reliable output on specific tasks supporting insightful, high quality financial reporting to DAN management (DAN Board, Executive Committee, brand leaders, regional leadership teams and global function leaders as appropriate) for monthly actual results, quarterly forecasts, the full year budget and ad hoc as required.
• Delivers accurate and reliable output on specific tasks that support the statutory and management reporting to Dentsu Incto a high quality and on a timely basis, and the preparation of UK statutory reporting.
• Consistently delivers accurate and reliable output. Demonstrates a high capacity for operational delivery excellence, including an agile approach to analysis and problem-solving.
• Assists in supporting compliance with DAN policies on financial reporting, through analysis and review of monthly, quarterly, forecast and budget reporting. Supporting team members in compliance and appropriate compliance reporting (including JSOX) within local processes.
• Contributes to continual improvements in quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes, in collaboration with the wider team, through maintaining local processes, and influencing regional teams.
• Supports the audit process, liaising with external audit on appropriate workstreams.
• Contributes to the maintenance of the group’s consolidation system.
• Supports the vision for financial reporting, contributing to team motivation and morale, and demonstrating the DAN values.
