Senior Engineer- Welding (MAG) Process Engineering

•  Must have good Experience  of  MAG welding trails, MAG welding for Commercial/ Railway damper . Must have good skill for trouble shooting of welding issues in line.
• Should have welding certificate approved by reputed institute.
• Knowledge about – Fronius power source & Panasonic robot power source. outer tube & piston rod welding, Hydraulic assy & Final assy – Tool & Fixture design and manufacturing feasibility
• Preparation of process documents PFMEA, PFD, CP & WI, driving process parameter through process validation.
• Lead in developing new machine, processes etc. Know-how of types of sensors, its application and knowledge of pneumatics required

Qualification And Experience:-

• B.E Mechanical in Mechanical /Automobile with 4 – 6 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 yrs in similar function in Automotive industry/Auto ancillaries.
• Participate in cross functional team to optimize manufacturing process and Lead from Process Engg for new product development projects
• Coordinate with External customers & suppliers
• Internal coordination with other departments and Global Counterparts
• Should be willing to work in shifts. (Based on needs). Should be willing to work with Staggered Off (Based on needs)
