Senior Engineer – Quality (ASPICE/Automotive Quality)

• Perform Process definition, deployment activities, adherence checks and drive process improvements
• Plan, Implement, Support internal audit programme with team of qualified internal auditors
• Perform process coaching, mentoring, training on the process framework, tools, activities
• Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators and involve in metrics collection, review, analysis, feedback, benchmarking
• Perform root cause analysis, gap analysis to ensure process compliance
• Handling of Process changes and Configuration management activities

Your Profile:-

• An engineering graduate with minimum 4+ years of experience in Quality
• Knowledge and experience in software engineering, field quality engineering, Automotive SPICE, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Knowledge on Audit programme, performing the Audits, Assessments, performance of reviews and review techniques
• Knowledge of the tools allocated to the role in the software standard process
• knowledge of Change request, Configuration Management processes and related tools
• Knowledge on Tools development, Implementation, Process automations
