Senior Engineer – Proposals – Analytical Emerson Pune, Maharashtra Job Posted : Jan 17th, 2023 Job Description Responsible for the right selection of analyzers (Emerson and buyout analyzers) Perform necessary engineering calculations (dewpoint, lag time, HVAC, power load, wake frequency, etc.) Responsible to deilver proposals on time, with the right solution, accurate costs and at the right quality to ensure winning chances. Design a technical solution for the specific customer application Participate in proposal kick-off meetings and internal/external technical negociations Able to deliver as expected whilst dealing with ambiguity and lack of available information Desired Educational Qualification:- Technical Degree (Chemistry, Process Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent work experience Technical Skills / Knowledge Required:- Knowledge of applications in chemical, petrochemical, refining, power industries Sound Technical understanding of Process Engineering and instrumentation English languale skills – verbal and written; Hazardous Area awareness, USEPA/IECEx/CSA/ATEX/CRN standards, protection/pressurization techniques, Ingress protection, T ratings, Gas groups Toxic, Corrosive and flammable/explosive gases (LFL/HFL/flash point/Auto ignition temperatures) Knolwedge around various sytems like SWAS, CEMS, Emerson and Non Emerson Analyser product knowledge Location:- Pune, Maharashtra.
