Senior Engineer / Asst Manager_Engineering

• Assessing RFQ & specification for providing technical proposals to customer.
• Motor sizing, dimensioning based on the requirements.
• Electrical circuit simulation and analyse simulation results for system and product impacts.
• Perform calculation for predicting the motor curve using manual method or MATLAB.
• Perform FEA analysis {Multi physics} to finalize parameters.
• Capable of adjusting design parameters (thermal model, energy model) values on motor electronics w.r.t testing result.
• To build proto sample for different machines during concept & pre study stages.
• Prepare design for manufacturing.
• Develop design verification plan, perform and durability validation.
• Investigating, problem solving’s & Failure analysis of Development/Warranty parts.
• Providing technical advice and answering queries from Quality, Manufacturing & customers for Q Complaint.

Qualifications And Experience:-

• BE or ME mechatronics engineering or Electrical & Electronics engineering.
• 3 to 5 year experience in Automobile industry, EV motors design added advantage.

Competencies:-

• Knowledge on DVP/DFMEA (Moderator) & DRBFM.
• Knowledge on FEA software’s like Altair Flux, Motor CAD & analytical tools like SPEED.
• Capable of reviewing FEA results & to suggest/guide to change design elements during simulation.
• Experience in CAD tools like NX or CATIA V5 – 3D modelling /2D drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge in calibration tools like VECTOR CANape, VFLASH & BUSMASTER.
• Knowledge in communication portal like UART, LIN & CAN.
• ECM & BOM creation release process.
• Competency for Electrical design of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machines (PMSM) & BLDC.
