Senior Design Engineer – Hardware

The Design Engineer will primarily work as part of the product development team providing the electronics design required for our products. This person will have experience of designing systems that are required to maintain high tolerances over a wide operating range, using calculations or simulations to predict performance. This person will also work with cross functional team to measure and test the performance of designs. Launch the product.

• Design Industrial Electronic products for applications in Process Industries and Industrial loops.
• Develop the interfaces between the electronic and mechanical parts of the system.
• Working with layout resources, design reviews with Global design leaders.
• Qualifying certification aspects of the product and apply the same while development.
• Bring in best practice from other parts of the company and from outside the company to avoid unnecessary learning cycles.
• Develop prototypes of the new product for manufacturing.
• Support to production team in relation for sustaining the product manufacturing.
• Develop design notes for designs and test cases for board bring-up.
• Work with cross functional team to launch the product.

Qualifications:-

Requirement:-

• Bachelor of Engineering- Electronics (& Communication).
• 1 Position – Hardware design experience of 8 to 11 years.
• Possesses strong skills in Analog and Digital electronics.
• Schematic capture, PCB design and Design documentation.
• Rigorous, methodical approach to design and problem solving.
• Exposure to SPICE simulation analysis.
• Good report and documentation writing skills.
• Component selection and specification.
• Good understanding of EMI/EMC and their impact on hardware is mandatory.
• Developmental Testing skills like functional & environmental and reliability testing.
• Failure Mode Effect Analysis of designed product.
• Take projects from concept to full deployment
