We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Business Analyst, an individual with more than 5 years of experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and communicating with stakeholders. This individual must have strong Agile experience and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:-

• Gather, analyse, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders
• Serve as the principal contact for managing system requirements between the business and the software development team throughout the duration of a project.
• Write functional specifications, Lead development of common standards and tools
• Ability to analyse the requirement and further break it down to identify resource needs, for e.g.- UX, UI, FE development and BE development
• Work closely with the web product owner to continuously groom the user stories based on inputs from business, UI UX designers, developers, and technical architects
• Communication with the business and other stakeholders back and forth to derive the final decision of feature development
• Ensure all the acceptance criteria is met when each resource stream completes the deliverables

Key Requirements:-

• You are proficient in JIRA and agile methodologies
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skill
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of machinery or other B2B industry is a bonus
• A team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
• Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
