Scrum Master

Responsibilities:-

• Take in all customer requirements from all projects on a daily basis, via email or other channels.
• Review & verify that sufficient information is provided to build actionable tickets within the ticketing tool.
• Build tickets and assign to scrum packages.
• Provide daily accountability to customer implementation managers
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events & meetings (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, sprint Review and Retrospective)
• Act as a liaison between Development team and customers for clarifications, prioritization etc.
• Work as a Servant leader and motivate, guide and mentor the team for continuous improvement
• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items
• Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
• Identify key KPIs
• Prepare and present various reports and Knowledge transfer documents

Qualification:-

• Engineering Graduate or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Agile Scrum Master Certifications (CSM, PSM Certifications preferred)

Skills & Experience:-

• Certified Scrum Master with 5 years’ experience in Agile delivery.
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks to deliver solutions for globally distributed clients.
• Experience in Agile project management tools such as ADO,Jira ,Aha or similar.
• Knowledge in ETL tools and workflow.
• Business Analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Cloud-based platforms & Cloud migrations such as AWS & Microsoft Azure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge and experience in CI/CD & DevOps.
• Track record of delivering applications in cloud-based infrastructure and in an agile environment.
