Sales Support Specialist – Process Power Manager

Responsibilities:-

• Evaluating, Selecting and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering as-signments. Handling testing, installation and commissioning activities. Preparing project documenta-tion within one’s scope of deliverables
• Assisting in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects/programs (provision of bills of materials, estimated engineering hours, etc.)
• Supporting the Contract Manager in change management (new scope of work, cost impact, time im-pact, risk quantifications etc.)
• Creating work plans and cost estimates in one’s area of responsibility. Reviewing and approving scope, budget and schedule for assignments and ensuring quality deliverables on time and within targeted cost
• Completing Power Management System related risk and opportunity assessments and ensuring im-plementation of resulting actions in one’s area of responsibility
• Assisting customers on technical issues, interacting with official contacts, contractors and other staff within his/her scope of deliverables
• Collaborating with the Supply Chain function to ensure that technical requirements for equipment or services are communicated and agreed on with potential suppliers
• Maintaining network of engineering professionals and sharing engineering best practice across differ-ent projects and disciplines

Qualification And Experience:-

• B Tech in Electrical and Electronics or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
• Minimum 3 to7 years of Experience in Power Management System (PMS) proposals (PMS/ECMS/E-SCADA) for process industries in any one of the domains like Oil & Gas/ Refineries/ Petrochemicals, Power and water etc. based on customer specification / customer requirement to achieve both market competitiveness and winning orders for the company.
• Minimum 4 to7 years of experience in Substation Automation System or Power Management System (PMS) engineering and commissioning.
• Prior experience of providing Digital Solutions – Power Management System (PMS), Electrical & Process Simulation, Asset Performance Management (APM)- which includes Condition Monitoring System (CMS), Asset Reliability & Integrity, Predictive & Prescriptive Analysis.
• Have good knowledge on IEC61850, GOOSE communication, various PMS functionalities like load shed-ding, load sharing, circuit breaker control, synchronization & other protocols – Modbus, IEC-101, 104, DNP3.0 etc.
• Good hold on communication
