Job Description

  • Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
  • Sells products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
  • Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution.
  • Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Communicates to the customers about the details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
  • Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.
  • Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions.

Qualifications and Experience:-

  • B.E. in Electrical /Electronic or any stream with relevant 3-10yrs experience.
  • Experience in OEM Sales, Handling OEM’S.
  • Customers, channel partner & order generation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge on Low Voltage Switchgears products.
