Job Description

We are looking for regional heads who would be responsible for growing our business as well as leading the team.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Develop new Leads of Industries looking to install solar
  • Build relationships with potential customers
  • Generate proposals, offers
  • Conduct negotiations with prospective customers
  • Close orders with prospective customers
  • Hand hold a customer in their transition to renewable energy

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Minimum 3 Years Industry Experience
  • Past Sales experience form solar company / EPC company in India
  • Experience selling to large companies
  • Should have sold rooftop solar to industries
  • Strong Industry connects to be able to work independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree in associated field

Key Skills:-

  • Good Communication
  • Leadership ability to lead the regional team
