Sales Executive

• Performs cold calls and generates leads of Operation and Maintenance contracts & spare parts business for Water & Wastewater treatment plants.
• Responds to clients enquiries through telephone, business e-mails, etc.
• Performs necessary probing of the enquiry.
• Takes appointments and visits client to understand more about their requirement if needed.
• Understands the feasibility of requirement in consultation with the technical team.
• Preparation of handing over folder.
• Sends offer to the client.
• Performs continuous follow up with the client in order to receive the feedback on the offer sent.
• Gets into technical discussions and arranges client’s visit to see the live projects.
• PNegotiates with the client and converts enquiry to PO.
• Studies the purchase order, coordinates with the client for necessary revisions in PO if any.
• Closes the deal and hand over the client’s order to the technical team, OSN’s & kick of meetings.
• Provides necessary support to regional sales team.
• Generate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports.
• Any other responsibility as per the need of time.

Qualifications:-

• Degree / Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / Environment field.

Experience And Domain Knowledge:-

• Must have experience of O&M contracts.
• Must be aware about spare parts required for plant equipment.
• Must have good connects in Industrial market, Residential developers and Infra structure developers.
• Fluent in English language ( Read/Write/Speak).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD would be added advantage.

Location:-

• Pune, Maharashtra.

Travel Required:-

• Yes (8-10 days/month).
