Sales Development Executive Mittal Distributors Dhule, Pune Job Posted : Apr 10th, 2025 Job Description We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive a range of B2B outbound campaigns in close collaboration with our client to fuel engagement and increase the sales pipeline. The role is ideal for anyone with a start-up mindset and a can-do attitude. As a proposal & Sales business development engineer, you will be responsible for following- Generating & catering sales Leads/enquiries from the existing B2B client data base as well as capturing untapped database/regions. To review RFQ / Enquiry document and understand the requirement techno-commercially. Preparing Budgetary and firm bids, cost calculations, time schedule along with other bid documents as per the need for customers after evaluation of Enquiry. Coordination with sales head, customers for techno-commercial discussion/ techno-commercial clarification. Coordination with factory/vendors/procurement for right specification to ensure optimum offer is prepared. Evaluate and analyze win/lost orders and prepare necessary MIS, Prepare quality objective data on monthly basis. Competitor Information analysis. Craft, execute, supervise and improve a variety of Sales outbound campaigns and activities through email, LinkedIn, whatsapp, Video, Phone, for clients located across India. Plan and launch thematic campaigns tailored to different regions, verticals, and products. Identify key customer segments & customize approaches for each region/state. Help define the go-to-market strategy and territory planning. Write up campaign content (email, LinkedIn). Iterate and optimize content. Follow-up calls and cold calling. Develop, regulate & monitor the channel network by appointing the dealers/resellers. Qualifications and Experience:- Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative Experience with: -B2B outbound email campaigns management -Market research and analysis -Prospecting into large businesses (Enterprise) Knowledge in Media, Health Tech, Cloud consulting, eCommerce is a plus Organization and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail Strategic mindset and capacity to think from the customers’ point of view as well Self-directed and driven by results and by hitting KPIs Passion for understanding various business models from different industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Adaptable and quick at learning new processes and tools. Sense of curiosity to find new methods to continuously improve our processes Excellent English to write up clear and engaging messages. Additional language is a plus Location:- Dhule, Pune.
