Robot Programmer /Control Engineer

Responsibilities:-

• Develop, test, and implement ABB robotic programs for palletiser applications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and optimize robotic work cells.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotic systems, including software, hardware, and integration problems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of robotic systems.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal staff on the operation and maintenance of ABB robots.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in all robotic operations.
• Accurately document all programming and maintenance activities.
• Optimize gripper design and control.

Qualifications and Experience:-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Robotics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in programming and troubleshooting ABB robotic systems (IRC5 & Omnicore, RobotStudio, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of robotic programming languages (RAPID) and ABB software tools like RobotLoad and Tunemaster.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tool design and load calculation.
