Recruitment of experienced professionals as Executive for Renewable energy area on fixed term basis

NGEL is looking for experienced professionals for Renewable Energy area for a period of 03 years on fixed term basis as per details given below:

A.    Name of the Post: Engineer (RE-Civil)- 20 Posts:-

Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification experience in geotech / piling / foundation / structural  steel / tower structures / switch yard etc. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.

Upper Age Limit: 30 years

B.    Name of the Post: Engineer (RE-Electrical) – 29 Posts

Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University /Institution.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification experience in switchyard / electrical testing/ transmission system/ transformer. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.

Upper Age Limit: 30 years

C.     Name of the Post: Engineer (RE-Mechanical)- 09 Posts

Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. Preference will be given to candidates with ME/M.Tech degree.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification industry experience with involvement in supervision/execution in hazardous location. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.

Upper Age Limit: 30 years

D.     Name of the Post: Executive (RE-HR)- 01 Post

Qualification: Graduates with atleast 2 years full time post graduate degree/ post graduate diploma/Post Graduate program in Management with Specialization in Human Resources/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or Masters in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification experience in HR functions/ Industrial Relations. Candidates with knowledge of SAP, MS office and Data Analytics will be preferred.

Upper Age Limit: 30 years

E.     Name of the Post: Engineer (RE-CDM)-01 Post

Qualification: Graduate Engineering degree in any discipline or Master’s Degree in Environment Science/Environment Engineering/Environment Management from a recognized university/Institute.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 5-year post qualification experience in the field of consulting in one or more of the following areas: Registration and verification under GHG reduction programs, Emission Trading, carbon neutrality, climate change and sustainability, developing decarbonisation strategy for energy/power.

Upper Age Limit: 32 years

F.      Name of the Post: Executive (RE-Finance)- 01 Post

Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA

Experience Requirement: Minimum 01 Year post qualification experience (excluding article ship period) in the area of Finance/Accounts.

Upper Age Limit: 30 years

G.     Name of the Post: Engineer (RE-IT) -01 Post

Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience of communication and networking devices like LAN, WAN, Switches Telephone Exchange, audio/visual system, database administrator, web designing, handling of servers, PC ,printer and other IT hardware.

Upper Age Limit: 30 years

H.     Name of the Post: Executive (RE-Corporate Communication)- 01 Post

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Advertisement & Public Relations/Mass Communication with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years of experience working in a Govt/

PSU/Private company of repute in relevant area. Should have handled Corporate Communication/Public Relations, should have knowledge of advertisement/media, audio-visual publicity, manage media coverage

Upper Age Limit: 30 years

Remunerations for all the Posts: Approximate total remuneration including fixed and variable components will be Rs 83,000.00.

The remuneration mentioned above is indicative only. Actual remuneration shall depend on experience, place of posting and other Terms and Conditions of appointment.

HEALTH

The candidate should have sound health. Before joining, candidates will have to undergo medical examination at any of the specified govt. hospitals and the decision will be final and binding. No relaxation in health standards is allowed.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
2. All qualifications should be from Universities / Institutions recognized and approved in India.
3. All computations of age/ experience requirement / qualification shall be done w.r.t. the last date of receipt of online application as mentioned in the advertisement.
4. Candidates claiming to belong to any particular category shall necessarily have a valid EWS/OBC/SC/ST/Disability certificate, as the case may be, from the Competent Authority. Where there is vacancy identified for such category, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, by 3 years for OBC candidates, by 10 years for PwBD candidates. 5 years age relaxation for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01.01.80 to 31.12.89. Relaxation of age to ExServiceman as per Govt. guidelines. Candidates working in Government organisations/PSUs are required to submit NOC at the time of interview. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum marks in qualifying degree is 50%.
5. Selection will be made by two stage shortlisting i.e online written test to be held in Delhi/Noida. Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview. Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/ criteria as per requirement.
6. Depending on the requirement, the Company reserves the right to cancel / restrict / curtail / enlarge the number of vacancies, if need so arises, without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
7. Posting shall be at any of the Stations/ Projects/ JVs/ Subsidiaries of NGEL. All posts are transferable at the sole discretion of the Management.
8. While applying for the post, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned above, as on the specified dates and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand automatically cancelled.
