Recertification Sales Executive

Recertification Sales, primarily for Management System Certification for existing Clients of DNV Business Assurance

Repeat sales in MSC & other Business Assurance Services

• Co-ordinate with existing customers for follow up on QRF, proposals, issued contracts etc. in a timely manner.
• Collating data from CRM tool “NGPS” for projects due for renewal.
• Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures
• Internal and external customer service satisfaction
• Assists the RC Sales/SMEs team, focusing mostly on preparing quotes and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client.
• You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• Achieve Retention Targets
• Collaborate with TR

Qualifications and Experience:-

• Good understanding of various Management System Certification and Third-Party Assurance Services
• Ability to convert an opportunity and close the Recertification sales
• Good communication skills – English (Written and Verbal)
• Good Negotiation Skills
• Interpersonal relationship & team player
• High level of Microsoft Office Skills
• Ability to learn and operate various software tools.
