R&D Engineer- PCS

Responsibilities:-

• You shall provide PCS technical support (HW and SW) during the complete lifecycle of a project.
• You shall provide technical support (L3-L4, includes 24/7 support) for internal and external customers during operation having SLAs with us.
• Coordinating with local / regional technical support resources to clarify and support in solving technical issues
• Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification
• Providing product technical training to internal and external customers and partners
• Being responsible for final updated documentation

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum two years of Power Conversion System & Control system installation and commissioning
• Knowledge on industrial communication protocols like IEC61850, IEC60870-101/104, Modbus, DNP3.0, Profibus;
• Good knowledge about Control (PLC, Tus, etc.), Communications and PCS products
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
• Strong customer focus awareness, problem solving and consultation skills
• Good English communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent, organized and structured way of working.
• Availability to travel globally up to 50% of the time
