Quantity Surveyor III

• Works with the Company estimating systems and processes.
• Acquire basic level of understanding of estimating terminology, measures, concepts and principles for preparing estimates.
• Recognizes how various processes/project actions and assumptions may impact estimates.
• Under supervision prepares bid packages, conceptual estimates and analysis of subcontractor bids, etc. for projects.
• Performs duties with limited complexity under direct supervision, such as material take offs, compilation of historical data, etc.
• Expected to assist in the preparation of larger and more complex estimating assignments including the Estimate Plan.

Minimum Requirements:-

• Minimum B-Tech (Mechancial/Electrical) + RICS (Preferably) having 7-8 years of work experience
• Project Estimation Knowledge. Aware of IS codes and other standards.
• Pre & Post Contract project experience.
• Good Communication/Writing Skills.
• Knowledge of Vendor Management , Site Billing, Site Variations & Change Management.
• Software Skill: AutoCAD, PowerPoint, MS word and MS Excel Required.
• Can handle Project Budget/ Client Meetings.
• Can prepare Pre Tender Estimates/ Tender Documents/ Recommendations Notes etc.

• Ability to effectively manage the project
• Proven team player skills with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
