Quality Assurance & Control

Primary:-

• To oversee all Quality assurance and Quality control activities for the project covering Design / Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Inspection /Testing and Commissioning phases
• Responsible for advising, guiding and motivating project line management on all Quality and verification activities and related technical matters.
• Responsible for Establishment, implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System for projects in accordance with applicable standard
• Responsible for Identification, allocation of quality resources and implement Quality training for all project personnel and overseeing all personnel understand and effectively deliver their responsibilities as per quality plan and procedures
• Management of Nonconformity process, implement corrective and Preventive action & monitor its effectiveness

Shared Across Functionally:-

• Leading Quality Audit (Internal and external) and manage multi-discipline QA / QC teams
• Conduct Project Quality System review meeting regularly with project team

Minimum Qualification:-

• B.TECH/B.E

Knowledge:-

• QUALITY ASSURANCE
• TESTING
• QUALITY MANAGEMENT
