PV Performance Engineer

• Work with engineering teams to identify key metrics for product health insights
• Use analytical tools to create daily monitoring reports on product health and product performance.
• Work with large, complex data sets.
• Troubleshoot data quality and see issues to resolution
• Create visualizations and presentations for a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences
• Previous fleet-monitoring experience is a plus
• Experience translating analysis results into business recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualification And Experience:-

• BS/MS degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, computer science, mathematics).
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis or related field.
• Python proficiency

Skills:-

• Strong knowledge of Photovoltaic (PV) devices, system design, technology, and its performance characteristics
• Experienced with PVSyst, SAM, PV-LIB, and other PV software/models
• Experienced with handling large data sets, and analysis tools in Python & Matlab
• Proven ability to write technical reports
• Actively monitor performance, weather, and operations data from operating plants
• Review performance modeling & prediction results and compare with actuals
• Perform technical optimization analyses of project portfolio
