Proposal Engineer – ESP Aftermarket

You will be part of a strong team supporting the Aftermarket sales support under Cement industry-Cement Product Engineering, helping our regional sales across world to sell Air Pollution Control equipment parts

Responsibilities:-

• Reads and comprehends commercial enquiry / Tender and drawings
• Prepares techno commercial proposals for Parts and services for ESP and System.
• Ensures quality & timelines of proposals / Order deliverables with zero errors.
• Reviews and Evaluates vendor offers.
• Co-ordinates with cross-functional departments and supports sales function with required deliverables on time.
• Ensures proper documentation
• Provides quick and quality response to the Sales manager over phone or mail to ensure customer needs being satisfied.
• Supports delivery of product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representative
• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering discipline
• 4 to 7 years of experience in proposal preparation for cement industry customers
• Knowledge of Air pollution control equipment
• Effective verbal & written communication skills
• Record of successfully delivering product proposals in cement industry
• Ability to build and maintain good business relationships on all levels with internal stake holders and customers
• Knowledge and hands on experience in MS Office & Atlas.
• Good planning & organizing skills
• Proactive & good team player
