Job Description

Carry out RAM related activities in Projects & Programs in line with QCD objectives and looking for optimization of RAM performance while being mindful of other constraints (such as life cycle cost, safety, standards, etc.).

Responsibilities:-

  • To maintain and promote the role and expertise of the Reliability, Availability and maintainability in APAC region
  • To provide design inputs and support Design Engineering in establishing the predicted reliability characteristics of complex series and parallel architectures to make recommendations for architecture choices to meet RAM targets
  • To establish the necessary to follow management processes, undertake system reliability assessment in support of Alstom global Quality / Reliability business needs
  • Interact with both internal and external customer, when necessary, defend choices in front of customers
  • Provide project Engineering with principles (such as “Design For Reliability”, “Design For Maintainability”) upon which the le to developments will be based in order to achieve RAM targets
  • Put in place a RAM Monitoring process in projects during O&M (Operations & Maintenance) phase and issue RAM related KPI for projects.

Education:-

  • Minimum Qualifications: – Masters or Bachelors with Experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, 5+ years Reliability experience
  • Additional Qualifications: – Experience in Signalling and train control
