Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs for the organization

• He will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the program is completed on time and within budget and act as a liaison between the individuals working on the program and key stakeholders
• 6~8 years relevant experience with Graduate and 4~6 Years with Post-Graduate candidate (Engineering -Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics)
• Relevant experience in Project Management role. Lead in new product development and deployment
• Ability to build rapport and influence customers and internal team through strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Experience working with Automotive / HVOR OEM’s and Key Tier 1’s
• 30% travel required
• Knowledge of MS-Office software (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Self-starter capable of working within matrixed teams by building relationships with global team members.
• Critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a capability to develop unique solutions to complex problems.
• Responsible to drive all NPD project for HVOR customer.
• Single point contact for customer and Global team for NPD projects.
• Responsible to close various gate in agile system
