Project Manager, Process Automation, CGO (Chemical, Glass & Solar)

Job role & Responsibilities:-

• Understanding techno commercial scope of the project and driving delivery of the project scope
• Leading a virtual (project based) team of professionals (mainly from engineering area) for delivery of the project solution
• Preparation and regular update / monitoring of project schedule
• Regular review of project financials and related risk assessment
• Updation of project status to internal and external stakeholders on regular basis
• Coordination of procurement and manufacturing activities with SCM and manufacturing teams
• Continuous monitoring and control of the project deliverables leading customer satisfaction in addition to timely and within budget completion of projects

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Instrumentation stream. Electronics or Electrical stream may be accepted
• Around 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering or project management for process automation requirements
• Reasonable amount of experience should be in Process Automation Industry for DCS solutions in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Water and Wastewater, Food & Beverage industry
• Minimum 2 years should be as ‘Project Manager’

Professional skills:-

• Good communication skills to be able to interface with customer and coordinate with team
• High level of result orientation to be able to complete project execution on time
• Good aptitude, high willingness, and ability to learn due to ever changing skill sets requirement
