Project Manager Operations

Responsibilities:-

• Leading implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategy for the local or regional project operation under the guidance of the global / regional Project Operations Manager Ensuring that the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and ABB policies, controls and SOX requirements.
• Leading and overseeing the local project execution team, ensuring that ABB policies are consistently followed Supervising project execution and performance management through project reviews with management and Project Managers to ensure contract fulfilment and approves any project deviations Ensuring that projects consistently apply contract and claims management methodologies, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements and in interaction and close collaboration with respective functions Ensuring that the area of responsibility is structured to fit the business model, sufficiently staffed with skilled resources and directed appropriately

Qualifications And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Require more than 15 years of experience in process industries with end to end project management, stakeholder management, team management and customer management
• Good knowledge in SAP, Primevera, project scheduled, MS Projects
• A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
