Project Manager – OGC

Project Manager has prime responsibility to meet project objectives of assigned projects and shall have full authority over matters related to Project .Project Manager is responsible to plan , organize and direct multiple engineering disciplines , project controls , procurement , subcontractors ,to deliver major engineering / EPCM projects .The Project Manager will also be working closely with business development to explore new opportunity , build relationship with prospective clients , develop saleable proposals

• Establish Project teams, Coordinate Activities Of Multiple Disciplines and ensure efficient, cost- Effective utilization of Staff.
• Provide Leadership, Direction to project team for smooth execution of project
• Develop project execution Plans for Project staffing, Budgeting, Scheduling and Establishing critical project Objectives, establishing project goals for project team
• Applying leadership skills to manage the client and Internal change
• Review and Approve change orders
• Review and approve project Schedule
• Ensure organization processes (Compliance to BPER) are adopted and complied on projects
• Manage production of Engineering Deliverables, Procurement of Engineered Equipment and bulk materials, Administrative Construction of Subcontractors, and the overall safety, cost, schedule & quality assigned projects
• Demonstrate creativity, Foresight and Mature Judgement in anticipating and Solving problems.
• Ensure that project review process and other quality Control Guidelines are followed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with prospective and Existing client personnel at all levels of management
• Approval and issuance of progress reports, Services cost reports, etc.
• Project Risk Management
• Project cost management including funding, budgeting, accurately forecasting manhours/ Cost in Ecosys
• Support Continuous improvement of project management execution systems, work processes, and procedures
• Identify Opportunities and manage team efforts for submittals, proposals, presentations, Contract negotiation, and related activities
• other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Experience:-

• Engineering graduates with minimum 16 years industry experience, out of which atleast 10 years experience in delivering major engineering / EPC / EPCM projects in Hydrocarbon sector.
• The applicant must be from an EPC or Engineering consultancy background .
• The applicant must have experience of leading mid size / large projects as Project Manager..
• Applicants with experience of Estimation and Proposals in Indian market will be given preference .
• Proven ability to develop business and build relationship with client.
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Excellent written & communication skills are other requirement for this position.
