Project Lead Engineer

Role and responsibilities:-

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects

• Managing and monitoring project during whole execution period until get FAC
• Understanding electrical panels drawings in Auto CAD, E-Plan
• Controlling pneumatic design, defining BOM and be able to do controls costing for project
• Preparing BOM for electrical panels, sensors and cables
• Following up with vendors and customers for materials procurement, resolving technical issues and service support, etc

Qualifications and Experience:-

• Minimum of 8 to 10years of working experience.
• Hands on experience in installation and commissioning, vendor management, site management.
• Knowledge in Kawasaki is mandate along with BiW & ABB robots.
• Knowledge for read the electrical drawing, inspect the panels. Identify & correct the mistakes and update the electrical drawing as per the field.
• PLC Knowledge in Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi
• Exposure of working with Automotive customers, preferably BiW lines
