Project Controls Engineer II – Program Management

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Understand EPC scope of work and Identify the project deliverables, milestones and required tasks and targets
• Create WBS structure for scheduling, progress measurement
• Prepare overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software (P6)
• Create resources in Primavera and Load Man-hours into the schedule activities using those resources.
• Create various schedule reports and determine appropriate reporting format.
• Coordination among the Project team members.
• Calculate Project Progress through EVM as per company’s tools and software and prepare progress reports (EVM)
• Analyze project controls reports, present findings and provide recommendations to the project team.
• Progress monitoring of a projects using Earned value technique
• Ensure budget tracking.
• Managing the Change Management System.
• Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team and project team
• Prepare Reports with forecasts

Qualifications And Experience:-

• Should have 8 to 12 years of experience.
• Should know about PrimavA20:H25era P6.
• Should be able to understand & update L3 Schedule
• Should be well versed with P6 terminologies.
• Know about Oil and Gas EPC Projects Understand / Experience in Schedule Management, Earned Value Management and Cost Management
• Should be well versed with Excel Tools / formulae’s., Graphs, Pivot Charts etc.
• Should have excellent communication and Coordination skill and work proactively.
