Project Consultant – Transaction Advisory

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist clients on buy-side transaction advisory (investment worth $360 Mn) of natural gas companies involving technical due-diligence, financial due-diligence, financial valuation including carrying out negotiations with the targets.
• Valuation to help clients acquire non-operating equity stake in the target entities.
• Prepared Demand Feasibility Report of projects for clients engaged in oil & gas industry.
• Advised clients on natural gas pricing, feasibility of city gas distribution business, investments techno- commercial feasibility of floating LNG Terminals – FSRU, statutory reviews, financials, etc
• Participating in end-to-end transaction execution including:
• • Preparing client marketing presentations
  • Analyzing historical and projected financial information
  • Developing complex financial and valuation models
  • Coordinating transaction execution and performing business due diligence
  • Participating in the development of recommendations to clients.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Post Graduate degree with major in Finance/Power from a premier institute.
• Experience in Oil & Gas sector will be a great advantage.
• Extensive financial modeling experience and strong analytical abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Research skills to be able to gather Market Intelligence and trends, to be able to advise clients with solutions.
• A very high degree of intellectual curiosity and the ability to think independently
• The ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a highly organized manner.
