Program Manager – H&D

• Leads the cross-functional team to proactively identify, prioritize, implement, transfer to manufacturing, stabilize and monitor any modifications needed to release products across H&D business.
• Ensures that products meet external and internal customer quality needs, cost targets, assurance of supply, address component obsolescence and service needs.
• Gains agreement on achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements.
• Manages the scope and requirements.
• Manages the internal and external stakeholders.
• Holds reviews with internal stakeholders, including DEVS India and H&D Management Team members, to review plans, strategy and actual metrics for the products he/she is responsible for.
• Manages the business case and is a business partner focused on maximization of the added value for the business.
• Manages projects ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives.
• Determines project risks, defines corrective action and drives the projects to closure.
• Determines, allocates, and directs all project resources in accordance with guidelines. Leads internal and external cross-functional team members distributed across several locations across the globe, including India, France, and Australia.
• Keeps abreast of developments in project management tools and processes (both internal and external).
• Ensures compliance to corporate and regulatory agencies policies/rules/procedures.

Qualifications And Experience:-

• BS/MS in Software/Electrical/Computer Science/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Successful track record of project management for R&D or Supply Chain.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional, cross-site stakeholders.
• Great work ethics with a passion for quality, Lean and business efficiency.
• PMP Certification, MBA and Experience in Home Automation domain a plus.
