Identify the Customer needs and evaluate their potential for further development by continuous contact and follow-up Understand the client’s core technological strengths and work to integrate them into the products Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their competition, and customer adoption Maintain existing business and develop new relationships in an effort to grow business Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability Stabilize, grow and reinforce the present organization to ensure success in our ambitious growth targets accordingly revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations Developing policies that will correlate with strategies.
