Hyderabad, India Job Posted : Feb 7th, 2025 Job Description The Sales Analyst will be responsible for managing the project opportunity process and data accuracy for NX Foundation Solutions. This will include managing customer project information within the CRM system, generating and supporting quotations based on project technical requirements, and aligning costs with the supply chain team. The Sales Analyst will work closely with NX Foundation Solutions, Sales, Project Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain to ensure that Nextracker is consistently exceeding customer expectations while maintaining cost accuracy. The Sales Analyst will also be tasked with developing reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support the global growth of the NX Foundation Solutions business unit. We are looking for someone who demonstrates:- Tenacious commitment to execution and efficiency Keen attention to detail Independent and self-motivated worker Solution orientated Exemplary critical thinking skills Passionate customer focus Proficient collaboration and teamwork Strong written and oral communication skills Exceptional time management skills Responsibilities:- Coordinate NX Foundation Solutions sales proposal process and generate quotes Review and problem solve issues for Sales Analysts to support NX Foundation proposals Manage all CRM system inputs for NX Foundation opportunities to ensure data accuracy and consistency Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM systems Manage proposal support documents for consistency and comprehensiveness Support NX Foundation handoff process, including final quote, customer purchase order, and internal sales order(s) Ensure consistency across tracker and foundation opportunities Generate reports and data analysis to support growth of NX Foundation business unit Work closely with Supply Chain to provide accurate cost inputs on new products Review NX Foundation proposals with Project Engineering for technical feedback Periodically analyze orders and quotes to determine hit rates, top market segments, effectiveness of different value propositions, sources of leads, etc. Support analysis of bundled tracker & foundation opportunities for margin performance Continually streamline, standardize and improve proposal templates, processes, and outputs Form excellent working relationships with other NX departments, including Sales, Sales Operations, Logistics, and Engineering Qualification and Experience:- BS/BA in a business or technical field Sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience Solar experience a plus Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience utilizing CRM tools, Salesforce is a plus Strong financial modeling skills Strong written and oral communication skills Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Passion for solar, always a plus Location:- Hyderabad, India.
