Production Head - Solar Cell Manufacturing

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Preferably knowledge of existing and emerging cell technology like PERC, TOPCON, HJT. ·
• Responsible for Proper Manpower Planning in Cell Line area for smooth and safe operation. ·
• Responsible for maintaining discipline in chemical handling/draining / treatment · Leading role along with Process/quality department for implementing new/Improved process ·
• Responsible for meeting annual targets eg : BOM Consumption, OPEX cost reduction without compromise quality of product/process Improving OEE, TPM Activities, · Ensuring day wise & shift wise delivery volume of tools to meet ABP targets. ·
• Scheduling various training on chemical handling and safety norms to operators and team members. ·
• Close Cooperation with maintenance team to reduce Breakdown & increase UP TIME. ·
• Monthly WIP & Shop floor inventory analysis and corrective measures. ·
• Responsible for Chemical Distribution System operation & compliance as per safety and EHS norms. · Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008, ISO 14001, OHAS :18001IEC 61215, STQC, JET, JIS. ·
• Implementation of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M, JIT, Suggestion Scheme, OEE, TPM, SMED Systems on Production Floor.

• Should have hands-on experience on Wet chemistry lines and chemical distribution system handling. ·
• Exposure on Wafer & Cell handling and Knowledge ·
• Have experience on developmental activities on Tool & Line Performance (Green/Black belt Projects) ·
• Handling Cell line tools at Emergency situations.

• BE / B.Tech in Electronics and Communication /Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering
