Product Quality Professional

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for in process & Final inspection of Instrument Transformers.
• Process level documentation and recordkeeping.
• Daily in process inspections at all the workstations
• Provide support to technicians by coordinating answers to technical and quality questions. Coordinate actions with support functions to resolve issues.
• Monitor first pass yield for workstations and take the corrective actions wherever targets are not met.
• Participate in 5S audits, Workstation process audits and Safety Meetings.
• Plan and execute calibration of all the testing Equipment’s.
• Candidate must have a knowledge of NABL documentation for the testing laboratory.
• Handling of internal & external ISO audit. (Documentation, processes, employee trainings)
• Candidate must be flexible to work in all three shifts.

Qualification and Experience:-

• E. in Electrical Engineering.
• 4-6 years of successful experience in a related field and successfully demonstrating Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented in the job profile.
• English Language – Candidate must have professional written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills to communicate and interact effectively as a leader for the facility and assigned production area
• Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)– Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and procedures
