Product Line Manager – Industrial Steam Turbine (Standardized Product Lines)

• Technical Responsible for defined Product Lines.
• Responsible to develop product roadmap for future considering all internal and external drivers aligned with Global team & Stakeholders.
• Define & manage the development content of the Product Line(s) to ensure the fulfilment of the customer needs & business internal needs considering all boundaries.
• Identify and implement improvement potentials (NC, feedback from Trouble shooting, E&C & Service feedback, innovation management, etc )

Qualification And Experience:-

• Master’s in mechanical engineering with minimum 15 years of experience
• Experience: Expert knowledge of Steam Turbine product, business and market with strategic vision & and work experience on multiple Steam turbine product lines.
• Work experience of more than 15 Years in steam turbines with proven track record in multiple core competencies like Product Management / Structural Integrity/steam turbine Design well recognized by stakeholders.  International working experience and recognition will be an added advantage.
