Product and Application Engineer

As a Product & Application Engineer you are a key person to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. You have a strong service culture. You are motivated by customer relations, results, continuous improvement, and have excellent people and communication skills.

Responsibilities:-

• Work with existing relations or in projects and in what is generated by sales team
• Lead the technical part of a customer requests making visits (physically or virtually), meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on product presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer.
• Lead and Support in the quotation process in a customer project.
• Run virtual meetings, virtual seminars and webinars to increase awareness of AL products and services
• Be product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives.
• Be local trainer for a specific product and application: Define and delivery local training programs for the AL employees, channels and customers.
• Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
• Responsible to ensure business principles and governance are adhered to within area of responsibility

Your profile:-

Technical knowledge

•  Product knowledge and deep understanding of the customer process and applications; Competent in various separation processes and products.

Digital communication:-

• Express (written & verbal) in an appealing way: personal (authentic), concise, relevant. Use active listening. Have a social media active profile and use digital channels to increase network and secure presence

Digital customer support interaction:-

• Proactive, Service minded, strong in customer care and take quick actions

Facilitation skills:-

• Ability to train and coach others on P&A certifications,

Qualification & Experience:-

• Mechanical or Chemical engineering graduate with up to 5 years working experience in similar position and up to 10 years of total experience

• Pune, Maharashtra.
