Process Owner MM

Primary Responsibilities:-

• Participate & Support in 1KC SAP implementations.
• Communicate and train the 1KC processes.
• Ensure that we get the planned business benefits in 1KC.
• Collect and review business needs and convert them to 1KC processes and IT requirements.
• Create and maintain training materials and train 1KC processes and systems.
• Train KPI, PPI and reporting related to Material management area.
• Communicate actively with other process teams and stakeholders
• Support procurement related master data process development.
• Support other ERP system related to Material management area.
• Support purchasing related roadmaps in coordination with GPO.
•  Process Owner reports to GPO – Operational Purchasing, Global Procurement.

What we expect from you:-

• Experience SAP MM configurations, Implementation, Business Process Study, Business Mapping Documentation, Trainings etc.
• Good understanding of the process and system development.
• Good knowledge of the order to invoice process(S2P).
• Experience of using or developing SAP or other ERPs.
• Good understanding of procurement master data.
• Scrum/Agile way of working knowledge.
• A desire to improve processes and capability to invent new best practices.
• Self-guided and motivated person.
• Co-operation with IT and business in development projects can be a benefit.
• Fluent English is mandatory, other languages can be a benefit.
• Previous role as a Config Owner, Concept Owner, local or global process owner can be a benefit.
• Power Bi, any eProcurement platform, Sievo, development experience can be a benefit.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc.in engineering.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to travel in this position.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
