Job Description

  • Develop and design Process Mining dashboards based on business requirements;
  • Translate business requirements into IT specifications and transform data as needed;
  • Analyze business processes using Process Mining tools to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, conformance deviations, and potentials for process standardization, improvement, and automation in cooperation with process owners and process experts;
  • Participate or lead initiatives in business process analytics that will enhance the data driven culture and mindset of the organization.

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, etc.);
  • Software development and data modelling experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English, service and customer orientation;
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm to work in a multi-cultural global team, open mindset, and willingness to continuously learn and improve;
  • An analytical mind, ability to work in a structured way and quickly analyze problems;
  • Years of experience: 3+ Years

Advantages:-

  • Process Mining Tool knowledge e.g. Celonis, QPR, UiPath, Signavio, Microsoft (Minit);
  • Experience in business processes of (a) specific business function(s);
  • Good SAP module/background knowledge;
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools;
  • Project management skills or business process modelling;
  • Six Sigma, Lean Management, or Quality (e.g. 8D, Fishbone, 5 why) method experience.
