Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a guru level Power Platform developer expert in developing solutions using Model Driven Power apps, Power Automate, MS Dynamics(Dynamics365) including other core features of Power Platform.

Candidate should have strong experience in technical and analytical skills and must have ability to effectively communicate and prioritize work.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

Functions

• Primary responsibility will be to develop and implement variety of SharePoint online centric solutions
• Work with Stakeholders and Customers to understand the business needs to properly build out new apps and features.
• Candidate will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of Power Platform including
  • Model driven Power Apps
  • Power Automate(Automated, Scheduled and Instant)
    • Business Process Flow
    • RPA
  • Connectors
  • Dataverse
  • MS Dynamics with CRM
  • Power Virtual Agents – Implementing Bots
  • AI Builder
  • Power BI(preferred not must)
• Collaborate day-to-day with an energetic team of like-minded developers, product managers and others.
• Candidate should be very much proactive and possess positive attitude.
• Should be highly self-motivated and strong team player
• Participate in design, code and test review cycles
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
• Quickly learn existing environment/platform and should be able to provide support.

Qualifications:-

REQUIRED:-

• Full Time Graduates / Post Graduates in: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MCM / MS
• At least 4+ years’ experience in Power platform
• Basic understanding of technologies, including .NET, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Web API
• Prior experience with tool (.NET framework, Visual Studio Team services, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Team foundation Server)
• Experience writing custom plugins in Dynamics
• Expert level knowledge of Workflows/PowerAutomate
• Configuration and customization within the CRM environment
• Experience with Azure Devops and CI/CD for power apps
• Expertise in PnP scripting
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap
• Expert knowledge in Object Oriented Principles and Design Patterns
• Expert knowledge in database design and development
• Experience in authentication and encryption methodologies
• Experience developing software using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Fundamental understanding of web-based systems programming and development
• Expert knowledge in database design and development
• Experience in authentication and encryption methodologies
• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology

DESIRED:-

• Microsoft or Power Platform or other technical certifications not required but highly desired
• Integration with Azure, Devops, App Functions
• Experience with JIRA will be added advantage
